Practice Nurse. Sister Susan Cooper is available 2 days a week and offers the following services:

Family planning advice and injection
Cervical Smear Screening and Well women health check
Travel advice and vaccinations
Advice on healthy eating/lifestyle and weight loss
NHS Health Check /over 40 health check
Annual reviews for Chronic diseases ,eg, COPD, Diabetes
Childhood immunisations (baby vaccinations)
Child Developmental check clinics- run by the nurse with the doctor

Blood pressure check

Other Vaccinations for Adult: Pneumococcal, Shingles, MMR catch up, Men C Catch up, whooping cough for expecting mothers
Ear Syringing
Self care advise for minor ailments

An appointment with the practice nurse can be booked in advance by telephone or in person

The practice does not have facilities to provide a stitch removal and dressing.If you require these then please visit one of the treatment rooms.

Please note: This practice do not provide yellow fever vaccination and Meningitis ACWY vaccine for Hajj and Umrah travel.
