If you need help when we are closed
When practice is closed an automated telephone message with signposting message is left.
Practice offers few prebookable extended access and weekend appointments at PCN practices(hubs) from Monday to Friday 18:30 to 20:30pm and Saturday 09:00am to 17:00 pm and Sunday 09:00am to 12:00 pm.
Please call practice on 01772 977090 in practice opening hours to prebook these appointments.
Outside of these hours if you need urgent medical assistance which can not wait till surgery re-opens then call 1 1 1. Calls to NHS services are free from landlines and mobile.

How to make a complaint
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please contact the Complaint manager Mrs Siama Gulistan as soon as possible after the event. Who will endeavour to resolve the matter to your satisfaction and she will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available on the complaints procedure from reception.
